The course, minimum for two people, includes:

• Egg cbt on parmesan cream, broad beans, mint and toasted almonds

• Maccheroncini with courtyard ragout

• Passatelli with leek and spinach cream, Taggiasche olives and toasted hazelnuts

• ‘Soccia che manzo!!!’ with mustard sauce, asparagus and sweet potatoes

• Ricotta mousse with cocoa earth, pears in syrup and ginger salt.
