Atipico Bottega is an artisanal workshop for egg pasta and pastries, where you can buy typical regional products made using traditional preparation techniques. Just a stone's throw from Atipico Osteria, the Sfogline only work with fresh, high-quality raw materials, using a rolling pin and rolling board, in keeping with the original Bolognese art appreciated all over the world.
At Atipico Bottega you can find the best gastronomical delicacies based on the seasonal availability of the raw materials and in accordance with the quality and sustainability standards.
And that’s not all! We also organize mini-courses teaching how to roll out puff pastry with a rolling pin, and tasting events to showcase its specialties. Fun and sharing are the main ingredients for passing down age-old knowledge and memorializing traditions.
