Phi Hotel Bologna

By plane

Guglielmo Marconi" Airport is about 7.7 km from the Hotel and takes about 20 minutes by car/taxi. Transfers from the Airport: private car transfer can be booked through the Hotel.

By Train

The "Bologna Centrale" Railway Station is about 2.2 km away and takes about 5/10 minutes by car/taxi. Transfers from the Railway Station: it is possible to book transfer by private car through the Hotel.

Tour buses

The arrival of groups with tourist buses is regulated by the Municipality of Bologna. For more information see the Bologna City Council page.

By car

The Hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) with active gates monitored by cameras.

It is possible to drive to and from the hotel only on arrival and departure; in any other case, except for special exceptions (electric or methane/LPG cars, accompanying disabled persons), circulation is not allowed.

Upon arrival, it is possible to stop briefly on the left side after the entrance for Check-in operations; staff will be on hand to unload luggage. 

The license plate of the Hotel guests' car will be communicated to the Traffic Office via web at Check-in.  Please note that this communication will have no effect on the routes of the express lanes and the "T" visible on the map.

From the train station Bologna Centrale:

• Take via Amendola until the first roundabout

• Exit the roundabout at the third exit and take via Marconi

• Turn left and take via Riva di Reno

• Turn right and take via Galliera

• Turn right and take via Parigi to the junction with via degli Usberti, turning left

• Turn right once you reach via Montegrappa

• Turn left and take via Nazario Sauro

• Continue straight ahead to take via Cesare Battisti

• Once in via Cesare Battisti turn left to take via IV Novembre

• Continue straight on until you reach Piazza Galileo Galilei turning right

• Then turn left to take via Marescalchi and finally left again into via De' Fusari where the Hotel is located (after about 100 metres on the left).

• Continue on Via de’ Fusari till the end of the street
• Turn left into Via IV Novembre
• Turn left and take Piazza Galileo Galilei
• Turn right and take Vicolo Sant'Arcangelo till the end of the street
• Turn right and take Via Volto Santo till the end of the street
• Turn left and take Via IV Novembre
• Turn left and take Via Cesare Battisti till the end of the street
• Turn right and take Via Barberia till the traffic light
• Turn left and take Via Nosadella
• Turn right and take Via Saragozza
• Turn left at the first street and take Via Malpertuso.
