How to get here
By plane
Guglielmo Marconi Airport is about 7.7 km from the Hotel and takes about 20 minutes by car/taxi. Transfers from the Airport: private car transfer can be booked through the Hotel.
By Train
The "Bologna Centrale" Railway Station is about 2.2 km away and takes about 5/10 minutes by car/taxi. Transfers from the Railway Station: it is possible to book transfer by private car through the Hotel.
Tour buses
The arrival of groups with tourist buses is regulated by the Municipality of Bologna. For more information see the Bologna City Council page.
By car
The Hotel is situated within the Low Traffic Zone (ZTL) of Bologna’s historic centre, where access is monitored by CCTV.
Guests may reach the Hotel by car and, once they have checked in, their vehicle’s registration number will be submitted to the Traffic Office via the dedicated portal, granting access to the ZTL for the duration of their stay.
During your stay, you may enter and leave the historic centre by car, provided you follow only the authorised routes and avoid priority lanes and roads closed to traffic. Please, note that providing your number plate does not authorise you to use lanes reserved for public transport or other areas subject to specific restrictions.
On arrival, you may stop briefly in the area in front of the Hotel entrance to check in and unload your luggage; our staff will be happy to assist you.
How to get here:
From Porta Sant'Isaia:
- Take Via Sant'Isaia and go straight until you reach the traffic light.
- Turn left towards Piazza Malpighi.
- At the first traffic light, turn right and take Via Ugo Bassi, but only for the first stretch.
- Then take the first right onto Via Testoni.
- Turn left onto Via Porta Nuova.
- Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Cesare Battisti and turn right.
- Keep going straight on Via Cesare Battisti and turn left when you reach the intersection with Via Santa Margherita.
- Go straight to the end of the street and turn left onto Via De' Fusari.
ZTL EXIT
- Continue on Via de’ Fusari till the end of the street
- Turn left into Via IV Novembre
- Turn left and take Piazza Galileo Galilei
- Turn right and take Vicolo Sant'Arcangelo till the end of the street
- Turn right and take Via Volto Santo till the end of the street
- Turn left and take Via IV Novembre
- Turn left and take Via Cesare Battisti till the end of the street
- Turn right and take Via Barberia till the traffic light
- Turn left and take Via Nosadella
- Turn right and take Via Saragozza
- Turn left at the first street and take Via Malpertuso.
