At Atipico, Bolognese cuisine encounters a new approach that enhances the seamless connection between desire for innovation and respect for tradition – between typicality and atypicality – giving rise to dishes that are both contemporary and rooted in the culture.
Atipico Osteria is a gathering place that tells the story of a passion for hospitality through the ritual of conviviality, where the taste of authentic flavors meets the taste for being together. Our dishes are prepared by our Sfogline at Atipico Bottega: an artisanal workshop for egg pasta and pastries, where you can buy typical regional products made using traditional preparation techniques.
Atipico selects local products of excellence and revisits traditional recipes without ever betraying their essence, to take you on a tasting journey in a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. An exclusive reservation of the restaurant may be requested for aperitifs and corporate dinners, or for small gatherings with a maximum of 40 people.
